"I ordered A blt wrap with grilled chicken on the phone to pick up on my lunch break at noon. I went to pick it up and I was standing around waiting for someone to get my wrap they were all in the back of the kitchen and not one person helped me. By the time I got back to work I had 5 minutes to eat it. It didn’t have anything I asked on it. Just cold bacon in a flour tortilla. I have never had such a horrible experience at cayses. My wrap also had pepperjack cheese on it which I hate. My coworker ordered a wrap as well. She ordered an Italian wrap with bacon she had no bacon whatsoever. I will not be back."
