"I really appreciate them getting me in today and the day before yesterday quickly on short notice. However on both days I just feel like there was a lot of attitude. I don't feel like things were being explained to me thoroughly enough so I had to ask a lot of questions. When I did ask questions it was more attitude. I took it in the day before yesterday & they didn't say anything about my vehicle leaking oil in several different places that has been going on for a long time according to them, that's what they're telling me today. I was just there Sunday! I noticed it leaking today which is suspicious to me. Because they didn't say anything about it Sunday. Nor was it leaking. When I took it in two days ago is because my steering wheel was shaking really bad. I got a tire balance & rotation which is what they suggested but now when I get on the highway is still veers to the left a little bit & my steering wheel still shakes a little bit. & when I asked her about it today, I mentioned that they had only recommended a balance instead of the alignment which is what I thought I needed. I brought it up to her today after I checked out she still didn't say anything to me about the shaking. I don't feel like they had good customer service skills. The men or the women. I can't recall their names. It's really difficult to get my vehicle in somewhere that's affordable especially when I need it & I am able to financially & then to come here and have the negative attitude with the shortness of explanation. I also mentioned to her on Sunday about topping off my fluids and she claimed that they would do that and when I checked it between then and now two days later my fluid is still low. And when I mentioned to her that when I checked it earlier this morning my oil looked low. And she said yeah well your oil is going to be low because it's leaking a lot everywhere. She said that they couldn't do the work because they don't do engine work. She claimed."

"Firestone has always been a good place for me. Waiting on my repair now but I trust their work and heading to Texas tomorrow. Praise God, praying for their workers because been a mechanic is a hard job."
