"I absolutely love my home. And the new property manager is so kind and professional. Met one of the owners and I have to say he is so sweet and open minded. Most people high up on the chain are judgmental. But this man is absolutely not. He made me feel so comfortable around him. And maintenance is great. He always come thru and finishes the job. Y’all are a awesome crew."

"Its about time I make a review of this place, I currently live here, going on a year and a half already and this place is not what it used to be when Manager Raven was here. This apartment complex never gets back to you; whenever you send a text or email or even a maintenance request, but they will reach out to you asap if you’re a day late on rent or even a literal dollar short on rent. The staff are “ friendly “ because you never see them and the office is mostly always closed. Or open for like 3 hrs then closed for the rest of the day. This apartment complex mostly cares about their Air B&B guest ( yes this is also a Air b&b ) and will do anything for them, but will ignore their actual tenets. There have been countless of people breaking their leases because the management was horrible. Then good luck getting a parking spot because every single spot is reserved except the ones near the office but even at that their kinda reserved still. There more to say about here but there’s not enough room for that big of a review."

"Have to say the manager is rude and very unprofessional. Didn’t get her name cuz she wouldn’t tell me. She is light skinned curly hair green brown color eyes. She does not greet anyone and always seems to be mad at the world. She looks down on everyone has no customer service skills whatsoever. If she doesn’t like what you have to say she ignores you in mid conversation. The lady that was before was super nice and understanding. Anytime someone asked for a good apartment complex, I was quick to suggest these. But since she left on maternity duty. I will never ever refer this property to anyone again. Horrible place to live. Makes you feel like your walking on egg shells. The owners should be embarrassed of the manager they have employed."

"I think it's time I finally made a post about these apartments. So I still currently live here . For the most part the staff is "friendly" like you don't see much of them and they talk to everyone via text so you never really do see them . With in the first year my apartment was over flooded I'm talking about leaking from the upstairs the corners of the wall the light fixtures dirty brown water . I had to call the emergency hotline to even get someone out. When they did come they just shut off the water mopped and used my towels (shower towels) to clean up the mess . After wards I HAD MOLD mold that was growing rapidly . I sent the office pictures and it took forever to get someone out here to clean it than paint over it . I have pics for proof and also sent those in. Someone had tried to break my window for whatever reason I informed the office because there was glass on both the inside and outside I was told I would have to pay almost 300$ for the replacement. I made a police report and emailed that in and it did absolutely nothing so I now still have a broken window. The pool has pretty much been unusable all year like yes sometimes you will be able to use it but hardly its always green. There is trash everywhere all the time and they send out threats to charge tenants for animal poop but it has gotten increasingly bad . Most apartments will work with you for late payments or add a late fee these people will start texting you on day 2 that "there is no accommodations or late payments accepted " that's crazy coming from apartments that take their time getting back to you with things you need but want their money ASAP. Won't respond for days but will text same day for rent . And I know rent is important ofcourse but I have been threatened about being evicted on day 4 for 170$ balance and they added a late fee of 100$ so 270$ balance when the whole rent is 1000$+ and the whole time I have lived here I have inky paid late 2 times this would be the second. But instead of reaching out and making a payment plan for the small amount they threaten with EVICTION. So if I were you I would do some real research if you NEED an apartment like I did spur of the moment sure maybe these ones but if you have other options I would just do that. I most definitely won't be releasing here. I actually can't wait to get the rest of this year over with. Good luck if you already leased , and if you haven't just do your research."

"Staff is friendly and pool is bigger then most. However, after 1 week of writing this post the pool is green again, it stayed clean for literally 1 week. Staff is super friendly, but I have been waiting since April for them to fix several issues I have been waiting to have fixed since we moved in a year ago and still continue to wait. I’m asked to tear apart my apt for contractors who never show. Had 1 show claim he couldn’t do anything because there was furniture in the way and a pile of clothes, despite the numerous other things he could have worked on, since it only took us 5mins to move the stuff out of their way seeing as I didn’t get the email they were even coming u til I woke up the next morning. That’s not the apartments fault, except when I complained about it I was told by Raven that it was my fault they couldn’t start. I’ve taken days off of work and cancelled meetings just to be available and denied any form of compensation for this. They can’t get contractors to come out and fix the leak in my bathroom or the cabinet doors that are nailed in still or the electrical outlets that are unusable due to sparking but they can have 7 contractors paint the outside of the front office white… Can’t compensate me for the issues I’ve dealt with Atleast since they took over in March, but want to send a text stating if rent is late they will charge 10% each day (I pay mine 2-4 days in advance). Ur real quick to charge people and demand compensation for being late but can’t even help out the loyal paying on time residents >.> can u tell I’m frustrated?!"
