"For more than 3 months we have been asking for the fireplace to be fixed. They kept saying it was fixed and then broken, and they would fix it again and it would break again. Now i know why it keeps breaking. Kids are playing in the amenity area unsupervised after management has sent out 2 emails for kids not to be alone without an adult present. I don’t think management cares though, they have seen these kids out here unsupervised and still don’t do anything about it. Just like another tenant said, don’t reply and say im not a lease holder because you take my money every month."

"A must add on property to any Katy or Cypress list. The property has excellent floorplans and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make the application process as smooth as possible and in a timely fashion. This property is close to world class dining and shopping including all the restaurants and shopping along I-10, La Centera and Katy Mills Mall area. What puts the property at the top of the list for me in this area though is the Manager Ms.Keisha and Ms. Cindy and the Leasing Team member Ms. Clarissa. Your clients will appreciate you taking them or sending them to this property. Keep up the good work Crawford at Grand Morton."

"I took a guided tour with Cindy and this apartment complex was nothing short of exquisite. The grounds were immaculate!! They had many different floor plans at reasonable pricing. The unit I toured had a built in desk, which I consider a game changer for my WFH job. Cindy was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I also met the manager, Keisha, who was filled with Christmas cheer. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back when my lease is up!"

I have deep appreciation for Kesha and the office staff, and our maintenance team deserves applause for their excellent work during this transition. "I love my apartments! Valentine at the front office is my absolute favorite and he is always greeting u with a smile. The apartments are super clean and I love the amenities. The dog park is perfect for my larger dog and the pool is always clean. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and quickly which I also love. My only complaint is that the dog wash room is not very efficient for bigger size dogs which is disappointing but if u have a small dog it’s perfect. All the kids also seem to get along great so if u have kids they will easily make friends here as well. Everyone is very efficient. I don’t understand what people keep saying about Mario but I love how direct and forward he is! He gets stuff done for sure. Normally parking is an issue at other apartments but not here!"
