"My husband and I have started going to this location instead of our normal one because of how they make our drinks and the employees are always nice. However today the girl working the window was extremely rude. My husband asked for no ice in his drink and they handed it to him with ice, no big deal we told them we asked for no ice. She ripped the drink out of my husbands hand, looked at the order sticker like we lied. Handed him the drink with no ice and he asked for a straw and she had an attitude about that as well.. I’m sorry, but if you can’t handle customer service don’t work in the industry."
