"Great experience, people that work there are always smiling, coffee is great hot or iced ! The different flavors are very nice , way better than Starbucks!! Definitely worth the daily stop !!"
"I had the Honey Smacks Latte and it was really good. They use local Honey in their coffee drinks and have some pretty cool merchandise inside as well. Always great coffee!"
"A good place for iced coffee in Davenport. I usually go to the Brady st. one, but sometimes the line is just too long. They have a specialty drink menu. My favorite permanent menu drink is the Conan."
"This is a little off the beaten path and away from my normal hang outs. I'd mostly explored the cafes and coffee joints around Bettendorf over the last few weeks, however, so I decided to take my work laptop for some Sunday catch-up and head across Davenport for something new and different. The Coffee Revolution is definitely new to me in many ways, but there were plenty of the normal trappings and features present in an independent coffee house, as well. The space is very open and has ample seating between a few tables, a high top bar with accompanying stools, but also several very comfy couches and chairs. I'm always happy to find a cushy spot into which to sink and type away within, so this was a major plus. Many of the same accents and architectural features in the QC area adorn this space, as well. There's no drop ceiling here, leaving the true ceiling and wood supports, all painted white, visible to anyone glancing upward. The HVAC ductwork is similarly on display, with this particular setup consisting of cylindrical ducts and associated diffusers running from the back of the space towards runs diverging at a tee just before the windows of the storefront, gradually reducing in diameter along the way. Between the ductwork's plain grey metallic surface, the white plenum area, the blue/grey painted walls and the incandescent lighting fixtures dropping from the ceiling throughout the space, there's a certain softness to the whole aesthetic. As I was here through the early evening, this only continued as the sun continued lowering. The music playing also complimented the mood well. The baristas were playing soft indie pop the entire time I was visiting (a band called Peach Pit, I think?). It was at a volume well suited to quiet conversation and study/work - exactly what I needed during my visit. I dig it when places know their audience and nail this part of their ambiance. It really adds to the whole experience and ties everything together well. After some conversation with one of the baristas about the available selection of teas, I ended up going with a pink lemonade flavored herbal tea mixed with lemonade. Bit of a strange Arnold Palmer of sorts, no? Well it worked just fine - the drink was tart without being overly sweet. I also selected an iced sugar cookie, supplied by cookies by design. This didn't really pair well with the tea, but was a fine enough thing to snack on during my visit (that's more my fault anyway - sugar cookie with lemonade...). If I lived in the area, I'd probably stop back again. But I don't so I probably won't be back soon, unfortunately. If you're around this part of Davenport, I'd highly recommend stopping by this place. After they get their internet working, I'm sure it will be a great space to crank through some school or work work. Thanks Coffee Revolution!"
"This is the new location! Fun new drinks. If you like to experiment and try new drinks this is the place. Not a over crowded coffee shop. Seating for groups or solo. It still has that new car smell for being open since last year. There was only 2 people so drinks took a little longer to get. But worth it. Would be nice if there was some savory food to go with such sweet drinks. Salted Carmel pretzel frappe was the perfect sweetness with salty."
