"I have always went to atomic since the first one opened in the ORA. However, They made up a new rule stating they can’t modify already modified drinks. I used to get the same drink everyday even half the girls already knew my drink. Recently when I would see it didn’t look right or taste right I would say it wasn’t right and they would refuse to remake my drink. I started going to Coffee Revolution instead because they happily remake the drink if it doesn’t taste right."
"The little girls have an attitude problem, when they make the drinks wrong. If you come every single day you kinda know what your drinks look like so if it’s normally pink and it comes out DARK purple there’s clearly an issue but hey what do I know."
"I bought 3 drinks, the lady wrung me up for 3, only gave me 2 and the charged me again for another drink even though I already paid. I ended up paying 16 dollars for 3 drinks instead of 12. This is not okay, train your employees properly and make them pay attention to customers. They weren’t even busy while I was there. Disappointing."
"Great coffee, Shack. The drive-through lines are very long, so prepare to wait. I had the B-52. It has 6 shots of espresso. So, I last night around 1 am I decided no more B-52s. However, it was delicious, and the service was outstanding!"
"The girl looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked what flavors they had to add to lattes... And then both mine and my husband's hot coffees were lukewarm at best. Will not be back."
