"Since the moment I moved in there were problems with the apartment. Broken light fixtures, bugs crawling all around outside the door and rude, unprofessional office staff. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I wish I could give negative stars. The trash service sounded great at first until they start charging you $20-$40 each time for the bag being "too heavy" despite it being the proper 13 gallon bag. I opted to take my own trash after that. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors yelling at each other next door. upstairs I could hear every step they took. Not allowed to keep anything on your balcony either. My car window was smashed and broken into, the office denied letting me see the cameras where it happened. Expect to be charged thousands of dollars for as much as a coffee stain on the carpet upon leaving. All around awful experience in what I originally thought to be a beautiful complex. Beware"
"Let’s start with the office, Amazing people. Stephanie is such a great, kind and helpful person. It’s impossible to go and requests information without falling in love with the place, the community, the apartments, everything. I had the best experience with the process to become part of this community. I love it."
"I'm really loving living here. It blew me away that Stephanie remembered my name weeks after helping me move in! The staff here truly care about the residents and the residents love the property. I've witnessed multiple residents picking up and properly disposing of blown in litter from the grounds. Friendly people and clean, well-maintained property. It doesn't even feel like apartment style living. This is luxury! I'm proud to live here."
"We are still in the application process, but our meeting and tour with Stephanie alone was enough to make us say yes to this complex! Everyone has been very friendly, and the apartments/amenities are beautiful. Very impressed with our experience so far!"
"My journey with Tacara Westpoint began in July when I inquired about a lease. The application process went smoothly, and upon approval, I sought a modification to the lease term. Regrettably, I was informed that the term could not be changed, even though the lease had not been signed. Assurances were given that we could revisit this issue at the end of the lease period. Upon moving in, my wife and I were disappointed to find the apartment in an unsatisfactory condition. We meticulously documented the issues with approximately 40 photos, which were promptly shared with the office. Consequently, we invested two full days in cleaning before we could comfortably settle into our new home. I've had a problem with insects somehow coming in the apartment trough the AC vents. You can not pay me enough money to stay in this place. Fast forward to the present, having successfully purchased a home, I approached the office to discuss our departure plans. To my surprise, I was informed of an early termination fee amounting to approximately $3,800. This unexpected charge poses a significant concern given the circumstances surrounding our initial lease discussions and the condition of the apartment upon move-in. Contacted regional property manager Misty Crawford with no response, given the experience sofar does come as surprise."
