"Nice rooms. Nice lobby. There was a bar and outside seating. It looks like it has recently been remodeled. The room was clean as well as the location. Conveniently placed on the frontage road of I35."

"The service staff were okay. However the young lady that checked us in did not add our Gold member selection, after asking me twice. So as we used the SHOP it was added to my account and when I checked out I assumed the $20 per day allowance would kick in. I did not, I had to call at least three times to fix this issue, the manager I believe her name was Shery was very apologetic and helpful. This is not the first time I have had billing issues here. It was a family quarterly routine to drive from Austin and stay at this Garden Inn. When you walk in the rooms you smell mold and the energy has changed. It’s just old and with all of the financial errors, we will just stay somewhere else. It was so many good memories here, but I’m tired of being an accountant days after my stays here. The mold is really bad, I returned with a sore throat and stuffiness."

"Our room had a funky smell, but was clean & cool. Disappointed that the price seemed to be almost double. Y the time all the fees & taxes were added on. Check-in staff was friendly & informative. The check out was flat. They were out of coffee and I got a "I'll let them know..." For the price , there should have been a complimentary breakfast."

"Plenty well-lit parking. The staff were friendly during our weekend stay in August 2023. We were able to check-in about 90 minutes early which was nice (1:20pm instead of 3:00pm). When needed 2 blankets and they were same to sure When we booked we got the vouchers for the breakfast buffet. It was great (didn’t include waffles or made-to-order omelets). It was delicious nonetheless. I based my 5 star experience on Hilton Garden Inn and similar hotels. I didn’t pay JW Marriott Resort Pricing so that’s not the scale."

"Stayed three nights! Location was great for water park and tubing but service front desk staff sucks! I went to the front desk to get extra pillows- they were flatter than the ones in the room. I asked for better pillows and was told they had none. I checked out the following morning. I would never do business with Hilton garden inn."
