"The maintenance team is amazing! Due to the heavy rain and flooding from last weeks multiple storms, some water made its way into my apartment. When I told the office what happened the maintenance team came right away and told me that they were going to adjust the draining system so that it would not happen again in the future. They even had someone vacuum my carpet and mop the floor. It's a nice change from my last apartment where maintenance wouldn't even look at a request for at least a week. Luke and everyone on the team is great. 5/5 stars."

"I usually don't review apartment and communities, but this one is to appreciate the new management that has taken over this property and they are doing a wonderful job. This place now feels more reliable, friendly, and safe. They are making efforts to address the issues and get them fixed. They identified bad staircase titles, replaced them, fixed the broken community gate to maintain security, and updated the payment portal to make payment online and easy. They have genuinely listened to tenants' feedback and implemented it into action. This place now feels reliable and welcoming. Good job."
