"I moved into Villas at Spring Park around the spring of 2016, and just moved out December 2022. During my entire time at the apartment, Patrick, Lee and Billy have all been above fantastic! This even included the snow-mageddon and pandemic times so that’s saying something. The community only has 3 buildings so it’s not a huge complex, it’s much more resident friendly. There is also ample parking which is often hard to come by in apartments these days. They are also all animal lovers, and have great pet policies particularly if you rescue an animal. And I loved my floor plan because it has a great sized garden window in the kitchen where I grew fresh herbs for cooking. I did apartment management for almost 15 years in DFW, so I shop around apartment homes a lot, and Villas at Spring Park are definitely the best bang for your buck in New Braunfels, very fair pricing. I’ve also made a few wonderful long term friends from the terrific neighbors over the years as well! So make sure to check them out in your search for a new home!"

"This is a great place to live. Even though they don't have a manager on site, anything you want, need or fixed it gets done ASAP. Application, payment and maintenance is all done online and Patrick the owner lives in California and he is AWESOME."
