"Lived here for a few years. Asked about ten times for simple gutters to be installed, they keep saying yes but never happens. Washer/dryer room is a joke with how much of it doesn't work. Relatively ghetto. Office is closed half the week, so that makes it hard to get any kind of repairs or anything done. Only gave it a two star because no pet fees when I moved in, and I can move out when I want(no lease) other than that would be like half a star"

"Amazing amenities , great location but horrible management. The only thing modern about the apartments are the granite counter tops . The roach problem here was terrible and maintenance only handles it with RAID . The police show up every other week . The residents dont pick up their pet’s feces . Management will do ANYTHING to keep your deposit and even charge you cleaning fees so make sure you Video record your initial move in and your move out . Id give this 1star but i loved the month to month lease and the “no pet fees.”"
