"Very unhappy with management. Car got towed twice ! Was able to get my car back for free the first time because I had documents stating towing wasn't being inforced. This time I had to pay. Towing company said it's being reinforced again & I didn't have permit so they towed my vehicle. Called apartment complex & was told towing was NOT being inforced. I called towing company back & now their saying I was "double parked". This is ridiculous & wrong. I've lived here for almost 5 years & I can't even feel safe or comfortable about leaving my car parked outside of my home."

"Worst place to live. Management is very unpleasant to work with. Work orders don't get done. They been having me live in a moldy apartment unit for over 6months . parking lotvonly has 6 visitors spots. I highly, highly recommend not even consider applying for a unit unless its your last resort. But Gaven for hope shelter is better than this place and you'll get treated better thee as well"

"Could not rate better. Every apartment has their issues but I’ve been living here going on two years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I moved in here as a single mom at 20 and the staff and management have been incredible to me while I get my life together and push through school, sense I’ve moved in I had twins and the staff care enough to ask how they are doing whenever I come into the office! Jessica and Candice are amazing and Mary Jane has been a Saving grace and even went out of her way to explain to me how the housekeeping checks work etc due to me not having my own place before I didn’t even know where to start with up keeping a home. They are ALWAYS diligent on pest control and maintenance never once have I had to call or ask twice! My neighbors are the BEST! There’s a sweet old man who lives behind us with a awesome flower bed growing who always says hello, my neighbor next door has become one of my dearest friends, and even other people in the complex show so much compassion offering to cook me dinner when I was pregnant and getting my little boys gifts ❤️ I’ve never felt more at home and safe and included in the community. Beat apartments!!! Could not recommend enough!!! -stephanie!"
