Rio Vista Apartments

"I have lived here for 4 months now. I am extremely satisfied with my new HOME. Lucy the manager is so friendly and helpful with any of my needs. I am elderly and disabled and so thankful that she stops by periodically to see how I am. The outside is kept clean all the time. Maintenance does awesome work on anything that may go wrong in the apt. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live. Thank You Lucy and all your staff for everything"

"Few things to look out for: > Roaches all over the place > holes in the wall: cover up with paint > shower head bottom in top ( pits out brown water ) Kitchen sink : water travels from other neighbors floods your sink > cabinets with no covers >Apt was very filthy, we had to clean to it up. > 800.00 for all bills paid and filthyness"

"Affordable apartments specially disabled people or retirement people. Everyone in the complex friendly. My mom love that. Ms. Lucy who’s the person in the office, also has been very communicated and helpful."

"Horrible don’t move here!! Bed bug infested!! I told management and they said your on your own their old apartments you get what you get and gave me a can of raid! I lived there and than my son lived there! New management now but they changed the lease mid stream and went up on the rent! So my son moved out too!! Just horrible place to live! If you want bed bugs go ahead if not keep looking!!!"

"Too bad you can't give this place 0 stars. I stopped by to check it out and the man who claimed to be the manager was rude and insulting. I didnt even go into the office. I told him i was looking for something small for me and my daughter and he asked where my husband was. After telling him I'm a single mom then he proceeded to ask how i plan to pay rent. I told him I have a job and he had the audacity to tell me i couldn't afford it and walked off. He seemed shady asking me to name a price instead of telling me rates or providing me with any information at all. Save your money and leave this pos to decay with the foundation of these apartments."
