"I moved here from Florida and this is my first apt in Texas. I was able to move in at my leisure and the office staff were kind. Apartments are spacious and clean. Now that I have been here for 2 years, I love it even more. Everyone is polite and courteous. The building could use updated security measures but other than that it’s a great place to live!"

"I’ve been here for over three years and am sad to be moving out. Maintenance is second to none. I’ve had issues with water or air after 10 pm, and the response is almost immediate. They knock before they enter and they are polite and informative. Management for the most part is approachable and friendly. I will never forget when I was moving in and another apartment I had an app with leased my apartment to another person. I was pretty much homeless, but they worked with me here to get me and my kids in quickly. The gym is shut down and that sucks and the pool can get pretty packed on the weekends but it’s always clean. I feel safe here. Sure we have issues with the mailboxes getting broken into from time to time but lately that’s been everywhere. Overall satisfied with this place over the past three and a half years."

"Amazing management, staff, and neighbor’s! This apartment complex is going to be my home for many years! Management, and the front desk people are always happy, quick, and polite to help! Most if not all of the problems I’ve read on the old reviews have been fixed."

"AVOID THIS PLACE. Never in my 15 years of renting apartments and homes have I not only not received my deposit back, but on top of that, got a bill in the mail for over $900!!!! As you can see in the photos, the buildings are infested with ants. After my THIRD request to have pest control come by I had to work from home to actually confirm they’re coming by. When he did finally show up, he told me, “yeah this building has an ant problem, they come in through the electric outlets looking for sugar.” Yes that is my daughters furniture and my washing machine pictured. Clearly we were not storing food or snacks in a dresser or washing machine which indicates a real problem with their “pest control.” They were constantly in my bathroom and my daughters bathroom going after the tooth paste. The photos of the Christmas tree are from the morning after my very inconsiderate neighbors CHOPPED IT UP WITH A CHAINSAW or some sort of power tool the night before IN THEIR KITCHEN. You can only imagine what that sounds like below you when your toddler and child are sleeping because it’s 10pm and they have school and daycare the next morning. Multiple noise complaints were made as the children that lived above us constantly stomped around, yelled, jumped off furniture so bad my light fixtures and fan would shake. Management did nothing. It got so bad I didn’t even live there but continued to pay the rent from Jan-Aug 2022 when my lease was up. Having not lived there half of my lease, you can only imagine how infuriating it was receiving a bill AFTER they took my whole deposit. The windows and doors are out dated as well as all of the appliances. So it was either hot or cold, no medium. Not worth what they try to charge monthly. Go somewhere else."

"Sadly a horrible renting experience as a first time renter here. Tons of feral cats being fed by one of the tenants (leasing office told us “we’ve told her not to do that multiple times”) - maintenance work never gets completed unless you nag them non stop. Way overpriced for what you get. Also the management isn’t easy to work with. Our bank processed our rent early and made our rent check bounce. No one notified us until almost a week later and we had to pay a bunch of “late rent” fees - they were unwilling to waive without a letter from the bank. The bank manager spoke with the management to confirm the error as he could not write a letter and they still made us pay because they couldn’t get it in writing. The gates work about 50% of the time - never enough parking. We were reported for our dogs “barking all night” when they don’t bark hardly at all - especially at night - the neighbor that reported us has 6 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment and has been caught snooping around our car looking in the windows. Overall I would suggest looking elsewhere as this place was not the greatest."
