"Pro: The room was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were also clean. Breakfast and the lady that took care of the breakfast room were amazing. George at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It's was close to all the things we wanted to do. Cons Water pressure was non existent . The halls smelled like Marijuana everyday. Hot tub closes at 930 so we missed it most nights. All in all if we go back to San Antonio I'll book here."
"Where to begin…getting to the hotel was a total nightmare. Couldn’t tell where the entry or exit was once we got to the place. We opted for early check in, but it’s just based on availability and that’s understandable. So we came back at 3-4 pm and the front desk was either just over it already or just rude anyway. The room…normally there’s a sheer curtain, and there wasn’t. So we had to have the heavy curtain closed the entire stay. Then it smelled like feet, we had to buy our own spray. Then in the mornings, they’d play this weird elevator music on the PA system. Breakfast was good. Not bad at all to be honest. Over all, the stay was okay. But to be fair, we probably won’t stay again for our anniversary next year."

The staff is courteous and caring; the place is beautiful, the amenities are abundant and the value for your money is incredible. I cannot recommend higher. I receive thanks for recommending this beautiful hotel who has thought of everything to provide comfort and class to its guests. I want to stay there!"
"We have been looking for years for a affordable but nice place to stay while in town and we finally found it! The hotel is so beautiful with the atrium, décor & layout! The staff is all mature adults, polite, friendly & well dressed! Breakfast every morning was fantastic! Room was spacious & very clean! The entire hotel was very clean! I loved the nice soothing music playing in the hallway. I do not want to leave maintenance out! Everything worked & looked great! Even though our room was in the front of the hotel by the highway we did not hear the traffic from the highway! The hotel was very quiet, peaceful & safe! I highly recommend this hotel location!"
