"This KFC is very under staffed, making for longer wait times than usual. Food is ok when employees are happy. There really never a crowd here as they are on John F Kennedy, one of their busy streets, and it is right next to the traffic light of Pennsylvania Avenue. So it will take you some time to get out of the parking lot. They do have other options around this city with less traffic. But stop by if you like KFC."
"The food here is usually consistent. However, it's the service that can be a problem. You never know the attitude of the person in drive thru."
"Very poor service. When asked for a moment to decide what we wanted we were asked “do you at least know if you’re eating here or taking it out?” While ordering, lady was very short with us and at the end of the order, we only had 4 of our 5 drinks. When asked about the missing drink, we were told “well I’ve been pulling them out as you ordered so obviously one of the orders did not have a drink.” After correcting, the lady, who very clearly did not want to work there, quickly told us to pay and waved us off. As for the food, we had to wait on a missing part of our order. On top of that, the oil evidently needed to be changed in the back. The chicken was not crispy and the breading looked soggy. Overall, terrible quality of food that definitely did not make up for the asinine service."
"My husband went into the lobby to order food to go, ordered 2 chicken wrap combos and ended up waiting over an hour. They were NOT short staffed nor busy. Tried to hand him only one of the orders and stated they “hooked him up” with a large fry for the wait in which he informed them that they did not include the second combo so they made the second one and told him they were not including the fries since they gifted him a large order of fries. Food was cold and was missing some of the ingredients. Last time we went to this location they charged us $48 for a $20 family bucket. Will never return. Could have went anywhere else in town and had our food much faster."
