"I don't know who the new lady is working there tonight in management, but she has it down! They were getting slammed and she handled it with grace and humor. Great food"

"Heads up, really popular and busy especially during weekends around 5pm. Recommend ordering mid afternoon. Great pizza for a low price. Natalie, the manager, gives fantastic service. She's doing so well that nearly everyone wants her pizzas. The lobby will be full and people will be waiting outside. There's a Domino's next door, but people aren't migrating; they wait in line for Little Caesars. Natalie takes good care of the customers, organizing customers, and being friendly."

""Hot and ready" is a myth here. You will be waiting a WHILE. The food is consistent, at least, but only when you can actually get it. While I was writing this, I watched a DoorDash driver - who had been standing around for ten minutes or so - get tired of waiting and leave. The staff here is so slow it's actually affecting other businesses. Luckily, Domino's and Papa John's are both within sight of this building."

"Love little Caesars! Especially the one in Dubuque I was in there Sunday night Dec 17th and the lady that was working had the best customer service ever! . It was super busy and she had such a positive attitude was super friendly and was taking care of everyone that walked in with a smile. Plus the food was superb!"

"Few employees, typically bad service, ordering isn't straight forward, overpriced for what you get, actually fairly good food, although sometimes it can be cold. PS. They don't tell you that the 'extra most bestest" cost more depending on what toppings you choose. They are not the same price, remember that. And they constantly screw up orders. Also I think that they skimp on toppings compared to other places. Good thing though is their wait time is pretty low, and are open till late-ish. Good if no where else is open near there, or if you're looking for the cheapest option. The food isn't bad, at least not normally, and they can be good too. But it's the kind of pizza that where you get to the crust it becomes a job to eat the crust. Not my thing, but it's a good place for when I wana eat out and am in a pinch. Otherwise I suggest Pizza Hut near the locust street area. Use Google maps to find it if you don't already know where that is."
