"The worse apartments I ever had to dealt with & I don’t even live here. I was in the process of moving in since June 29 ,2023 I did the application process and it’s been 3 months since and they kept telling me by the end of this week for 2 months. And the apartment is still in horrible condition! They are extremely rude; & now they won’t give me back my security deposit when I NEVER heard of any apartments or landlords who does that especially when I didn’t even move in. They didn’t even explain why they couldn’t give it back to me just I’ll speak to my supervisor. Jeffery and Eric are the managements . Don’t waste your time or money ."

"If 0 was an option I would definitely mark it. These apartments are a rip off. ****Beware DON'T give deposit when you fill out your application because if you have to back out they do not give you back the deposit minus the application fee of $27.*** there excuse is it's in the contract that you don't see. Or like Jeffrey said to me they don't have to go over that whole contract with you, so it's a me problem. On Monday last week I went into the office and spoke to Jeffrey in regards to a situation I was dealing with in regards to a place to live. I explained I was in a hardship and needed help on trying to see if I can potentially move in. Things have changed and today Monday Aug 21st 2023 I call and let Jeffrey know I am no longer needing the place to live due to not begin able to make ends meet and will put my family in a worse situation. No understanding what so ever. I don't have money to give away and here they are taking from the community. Now I have to fight to get my money back."

"It has great potential but it’s been 2 weeks since my ac has NOT been fixed living in 85 degree weather is not ok especially with little helpless children I saw at least 6 units with window units in them this seems like a NORMAL THING AROUND HERE TO BE TREATED LESS OF A PERSON BECAUSE OF UR RACE AND FINANCIAL SITUATION DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST FRANKLIN MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS AC PROBLEM ASAP IM GOING TO THE NEWS NOW!!!!"
