"Edit *** lived here for 2 years. Not the worse complex I've lived in. Office is worse thing about this place. They are scammy and only want their money. If something happens out of your control, they will be threatening eviction not even 2 days after you're late. If you can't pay you'll get attitude from the women in the office. Your vehicle will get broken into or your tires will be stolen and you'll hear ALOT of street racing. My apartment was a 2 bed 1.25 bath and only issue I had was mold growing in the shower despite the fan being on. Oh, and they are raising rent ALOT too so beware."
"I have renewed my lease twice. I am extremely happy living in this complex. Anytime I have put in a work order they immediately jump on it. Recently due to the freezing weather a pipe burst my bedroom carpet soaked at the entrance to my bedroom plus left corner of my closet. They dried it all out replaced the padding underneath then had it cleaned. They replaced my ice maker and bottom unit in my oven too. Yes my car was vandalized but that wasn't the apartments fault. ITS a great community."
"This place scammed my pregnant sister out of hundreds of dollars, exposed her to a roach infestation, and created an incredibly unsafe environment when they were robbed and the complex shrugged and said it wasn’t their problem and they had no cameras. When I visited I never felt safe because the gate was always opened or unlocked and the code is the same for everyone and isn’t exactly a secret. I’m glad they moved before the baby came because I would have been a nervous wreck. Don’t stay here if you value your money or your safety."
"1st: They promised me that my apartment would be wood flooring and only the bedrooms would be carpet since I was on the 1st floor. Guess my surprise when I moved in and the entire apartment was carpeted. There were no other 1st floor apartments available so I just had to deal with it. 2nd: Also the apartment was in poor condition when I moved in. Part of the carpet was lifted when the master bedroom leading to the bathroom. The counter top over the dishwasher was lifted. There was a creepy attic looking door over the shower that was bowed down slightly and had black spots on it. 3rd: I paid my deposit and what I was told was my pet DEPOSIT before I moved in. After 1 year, I went to renew since I financially couldn't move at the time and was told they lost my pet DEPOSIT and I would have to pay it again or get rid of my cat to be able to renew. So I paid their pet DEPOSIT back twice because I just didn't want to argue. 4th: If you are wanting to move here for safety, don't. Everyone has the same code (They changed it right before I moved out) and half the time the gate is broken so anyone can get in. My husbands work truck was stolen and we were informed they have no cameras and that they were sorry for our bad luck. (The other residents in the building I lived in were the only thing good about this apartment.) 5th: We moved out before it got to our apartment, but there was a roach outbreak in the building at the very end of us living there. They have pest control come in our apartment often (with out any notice) but I guess they weren't doing a good job. 6th: Don't expect to get your deposit back either. I gave birth when we were in the process of moving so my mom came and helped. They deep cleaned the ceiling, floors, cabinets, entire kitchen, entire bathroom, and shampooed the carpet. Yet I get a bill for $340.26 after my deposit is applied. When I told the office that they forgot to add my $300 pet deposit as a credit (Since we only signed with this apartment after they told us it was a pet deposit and applied to any charges when we move out.) I was told VERY RUDELY its actually a one time fee and is non refundable. So not only did they LIE to get me to sign with them, they LIED about the apartment I was getting. So I paid $300 for a deposit and $300 TWICE for apparently a nonrefundable pet fee. In summary, do not come here if you are expecting to feel safe, good customer service, a clean apartment, or any money back when you move out."
"Worst apartments I’ve ever rented. The apartment manager lives on property and walks her dog an is so nosy literally felt like I had to be watching over our shoulders. I put a work order in for a leak that was causing mold on my floor and was over looked. 2 months later it was worst and they had to brake off most of the wall from water damage and excessive molding.. I was living with a whole in my wall for a whole month & also since the apartment lady walks her dog she’s noticing anything they could charge you on. They charged me for anything they could get money out of. I left my apartment clean when I moved out now I just got billed over $2000 on some ridiculous charges. When I moved into the dam apartment it wasn’t even clean. The doors were all broken in the bottom corner. Light switches didn’t work. Restroom towel rods had bad patching jobs you couldn’t even hang a towel on it cuz it would come loose. & also While I was living there the people next door moved out and I noticed the cleaning lady there one day and the next day they had new tents moving in. I doubt that apartment was properly cleaned in one day with it just being one old lady cleaning.. don’t move in here you’ll be scammed out of your money."
