"I switched the Mc Donald’s on Holiday Drive because the one on JFK in Dubuque is horrible. The Holiday drive Mc Donald’s use to be very good and was always correct with your order and the food was always hot and fresh. I am not sure what has changed but the service and food is really bad. When dining in I always have to take my fries back because they are always cold and The buns on the burgers are not fresh. The employees don’t understand what you are trying to tell them. I went through the drive-through just today and placed an order. Of course, when I got home, the receipt and the little ticket on the burger box were correct but the burger was totally wrong."
"Drive through experience. Attempted to place our order, the person inside ignored us. A car that pulled up minutes after us was waited on first. We spoke to the manager about this and he didn't care. That was the second negative experience at that same location on the same day. DO NOT GO THERE."
"Did not like that I had to wait several minutes (at least 10) for a person to come to the counter to take my order. I had a small order & I wanted to pay cash. I believe that apps & electronic kiosks have ruined the concept of "customer service" in this day & age."
"They're very quick with their drive thru, very polite, I have not had a single order messed up yet. I prefer this location out of all the locations in Dubuque. Definitely the best location here!"
"I only eat the fish sandwiches because for some reason I like them. Also, the mango pineapple smoothies are awesome. Everything else gives me terrible diarrhea, ESPECIALLY their shakes! I could have a colonosopy after one of those!"
