The View at TPC

"We moved in during January and February and loved it from the beginning. We have a wonderful apartment with lots of room. Once we got fully moved, we put in some maintenance requests for one big thing and a few little things, and it was AMAZING how quickly David came and took care of everything. The big thing was taken care of immediately, and in one more day, it was all fixed. David is an excellent maintenance guy, and we are so thankful to have him here. He’s the best!"

"The view has an excellent location. The apartments are very modern with modern facilities including a jacuzzi. My one bedroom apartment has a big balcony with excellent view of the surroundings. The swimming pool is fantastic and there is a nice green area. I was able to apply and move in on the second day. The staff are very friendly and ready always to help. Gabie, Leslie and Kara are always greeting me with a smile, listen carefully to me and help immediately. They are always offering coffee and water and on Valentine's day they had champagne and chocolate for the tenants. When I moved in the apartment it was very clean and sanitized. The maintenance staff came with me in the and explained how everything works. Minor repairs were needed and David the maintenance person helped right away. It is a real pleasure to live here and the staff provide exceptional care. The manager Daisy is also very efficient and friendly. Dimitre Dimitrov, MD"

"Tonight I had a bit of an emergency and maintenance came so fast! David was so nice and so helpful! He always brings a smile to my face when he does maintenance for my unit. He’s also always quick and does a great job! I love the maintenance here!! I also love my view and how at home I feel here. There’s nothing I love more than watching the sunset on my balcony. I love those place and calling it home."

"I just wanted to share a typical work order experience. Hello I had another wonderful Experience with my work order completions today with David & Lisa stopping by last night when I submitted the work orders. He was very thoughtful & kind and got the job completed in a timely manner. Please let him know that I truly appreciate it & please let his manager know as well! And I am also Thankful for Lisa coming out Late last night to double check, to see if I needed the heater fixed @ 6:45pm! It was amazing. She was so kind! But I told her that I definitely could wait. That was very thoughtful & Amazing! This is yet another reason why I stayed at The View at TPC Apts. Because they are Wonderful and Amazingly consistent in providing perfect service! Thank you!!"

"Love love love this complex!! Absolutely gorgeous, scenic views. UHMAZING pool super fun amenities like bi-weekly food trucks, monthly events, nice gym, and super cute / chic gathering area with hammock, grills and space to run around. The staff are so sweet and do everything they can to accommodate. Highly recommend! Lived here one year and I'm looking to resign for next!"
