"Unfortunately, I wasn’t approved but the area seemed so amazing. It was my first time in San Antonio and the view of the hills and the canopy was amazing. That they had events on a monthly basis for their tenants, which I thought was pretty cool since most adults have a busy schedule. Every time I think about moving to San Antonio that’s the first place I look at any updates."

"I can only speak on my experience touring the unit and completing my application. I came across this property because of my Apartment Location, Victoria! I had seen a few places in the area that i like the units. However, For me I not only needed to like my apartment unit but also the community and from the moment my family and I pulled up, I enjoyed the resort feeling the property gave me. Diana gave us the tour and we truly enjoyed her witty personality and patience while applying and even looking up nearby pet daycare while I complete the application. I move in next month and I'm looking forward to making this community my home."

"This apartment complex has truly exceeded my expectations. Over my two-year stay, every moment has been enjoyable. The front office swiftly addressed any maintenance or inconveniences without hesitation. The modern aesthetic, coupled with lush greenery, creates a beautiful atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to friends and family."

"The good: Overall, a beautiful property and units. My unit needed a little extra cleaning upon move- in, but maintenance responded fast to any requests throughout my year lease. Leasing office individuals were nice and responsive when needed. The food trucks they bring around are a nice touch. The included garages are an amazing addition. Amenities were pretty clean, but AC was broken in the gym most of the summer. The bad: There are conservice fees NOT included in the rent each month and this will add around 80 dollars on top of your monthly rent. The fetch package they make you pay for is a waste of time, and they will try and charge you extra upon move out for "utilities" that have added items than ones used to paying on conservice fees. Check all your ledgers! Even if you don't have to pay deposit, they are still going to charge you for anything and send you a bill upon move out."

"We went for a tour . The building looks ok but there were 2 ladies in the leasing office . One who was talking to us and was very nice and polite and other one who was very rude and disrespectful to our kids she yelled at our sons cuze they were playing around Actually we were interested in the property but we have changed our minds because of her behaviour. We are very disappointed She was the worst leasing management we have ever seen !"
