The Flats at 9338

"By far the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. Stolen mail, roaches, rats, broken ac that Claire / Clara said worked fine as it was 86 in my apartment set to 74. AC drain leaked through ceiling into the dishes. Ac water creates legionairres disease which can be fatal to small children. Oh and my neighbor was found dead in his apartment festering from a gunshot which came from one of two residents…one who’s sitting in bexar county for killing his baby. Never going back to San Antonio and this complex solidified this decision. Update: the complex has charged me double what the court ordered at eviction hearing and placed it in collections. Upon leaving court the judge stated that the only charges they were entitled to was the backed rent/utilities at or around 6000."

"The office staff are very polite .The apts are nice with new floors and appliances also the pool is very clean. Esther took her time to show me an apt and was very helpful, thank you for everything!"

"Nice Apartments but they should really get rid of old tenants. There's a weird guy that lives in 205 with his 2 parents and another son in a 1 bedroom unit with the old doors. 4 ADULTS LIVE in a 1 BR .The guy walks around weird like he wants to kill you, it's scary. He's begged my guest for weed numerous times. I forfeited my lease and found somewhere safe. The old tenants really make you feel uncomfortable. That guy watches you all day long. Don't move here. Very weird"

"Dumpsters have been overflowing full of trash for over a week. Pool is nasty."

"I'm proud to call the flats my new home! They have great management and hard working maintenance. I couldn't be happier with my stay it's very quiet at night and we have nice neighbors. If you looking for a great place to call home the flats is where u need to go!"
