"Been waiting on a year just for my ac unit to get fixed hopefully soon I’ll get an update"

"I moved out and almost 2 years later they sending me a collection saying I owe them over 3000. I attempted to call and no one’s has returned my call or even answered. I find it funny I owe them anything when I got my security deposit back shortly after moving out. Don’t give these people your money they are very unethical don’t care about their tenants possibly stealing money from tenants and they don’t update their records the office staff doesn’t do their job at all! Since my information was wrongfully sold I’m just going to file a lawsuit the stuff that goes on with these people is mind blowing makes you not want to rent from these companies anymore. Then I checked my ledger the amounts are not adding up especially with the documents they should’ve updated while I was still a resident. Not to mention people that’s giving them fees to move in and they don’t even have available units. If you give them any money you might as well kiss it goodbye you won’t get an apartment or your money back. The things they’re doing is truly wrong and the company don’t care because they should’ve been got rid of them scamming thieving unprofessional staff they have!!! Zero stars!!!!! ZERO STARS!!! this property is not worth the hassle. Between the shootings that take place and everything I mentioned save y’all money and find something better. I’m not the only person they trying to take money from or TOOK money from there’s plenty of others. GET RID OF THAT WHOLE OFFICE STAFF THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE THEIR COMPANY NAME ON THAT DOOR. I feel PLENTYOF LAWSUITS coming for East meadows!!!!"

"When I 1st moved here I was in loved but that I’ve been here for 3 years I hate it I can never get no help from the people in the office every time I call to speak to the manager she’s never in the office or she’s never there I keep getting the run around about her so back in December 2021 I applied to transfer downstairs due to me being a high risk pregnancy recommended by my doctors so here it is April & I still can’t get no help from them I am so ready to move from outta here my lease is up in at the end of may I am really concerning on not renewing my lease I am just gonna finding somewhere for me & my kids to move too & just live better & be at peace I wouldn’t recommend nobody to move out here management and maintenance sucks it took 3 years for me to get a new filter for my a/c now my master bathroom tub is clogged up and my guess bathroom sink is clogged think they came to fix it nope I will not be out here another year too much going on out here I need & my kids to be safe!!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE ITS LIke living in hell"

"Beautiful and affordable complex I currently reside here amenities are great! The only issue I have is the office.. you can call & email a million times and nobody will answer.. I’ve put in work orders and they get neglected as well.. I never make reviews but unfortunately the only way I think I’d be acknowledged as a resident here is by leaving a review"

"This place is infested with roaches and termites literally had to throw all my furniture away it was so disgusting. Don’t move here amenities can’t even be used either. Office is lazy and they mark all work orders completed even when they’re not. I have kids and the fact we had to live with this is unacceptable and they did nothing waste of money to live here. DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT SAFE !!"
