"I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. Every time I have anything that needs to be fixed they are quick to respond and take care of the problem. When I visit the office I am treated so well it like I’m family. Sarahi is wonderful and amazing in every way. She goes out of her way to care of anything that I need. As they were switching to a new system. She helped me set my account. She is the best. I will happily renew my lease as long as she is here. Jessica also was helpful when it came to getting my emotional support animal add to my lease. If you she is what is means to be a manager the cares about their residents. Thank you so much for all that you do."

"FORMER RESIDENT. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This has been the worst experience with an apartment complex I have had. I moved here from Houston in May 2023, in the span of 7 months my vehicles got broken into 3 times and all management could do is say sorry. Its frustrating because had to pay almost $2k because my cars got broken into and no longer feeling safe. As part of your lease you are forced to purchase a $70 Internet package, plus valet trash pickup, plus community fees so on top of your rent you'll end up paying an average of more than $130 on top of your rent. That means that if your rent is 1200 your total would be about $1330, not including water and other fees. In case you want to terminate your lease early you will have to pay more than $2000 plus an additional 60 days worth of rent, which depending on your rent could easily mean paying more than $4000 just to terminate your lease. Also roaches have been a problem. Due the inaction of the apartments and we no longer felt safe. The only good thing I have to say is that maintenance is fairly responsive when submitting work orders. Please look elsewhere."

"Reviews are to be taken with a grain of salt. After reading the negative ones I feel I need to share my experience. My boyfriend has lived at Ashley Oaks for a few years. He has had nothing but awesome service. Jessica always remembers who he is which means a lot and the maintenance have always taken care of all his work orders the same day. If not they kept in touch with me when they had to order a part. Follow the rules. There are no issues. I highly recommend Ashley Oaks. Great service. Great prices. And covered parking."

"It's a beautiful, safe and quiet place to live, it has beautiful pools, good entertainment place and useful sport center. I think they have to take care of his residents. When you get 1 year living there, the rent increases too much and you have to move because they don't offer you anything to stay."

"Customer service was ok. I got the tour right away and was given many details about the apartment complex. Most things in the apartment are up to date except the cabinets. They are just painted but basic old wooden ones. The leasing agent was taking pictures of attendees apartments during the tour. Which made me uncomfortable. Aside from that decent apartments at a high price."
