"Very nice place but need walking access to get in and out. Dangerous to walk in or out more lightning outside. But don’t get locked out of your apartment because it’s not considered an emergency according to maintenance. You have to stay out or call someone to pick you up until next day business hours."

"Gates not working, pool most of the time not clean, loose trash around the grounds, landscape need to be kept better, never makes too much noise doing quiet time"

"This SENIOR property was built in 2021. What WAS is no LONGER true. Numerous issues that have gone unresolved for months. See pictures. It's appalling"

"Moved into this complex last September and loved that I was able to move into a new apartment. Maintenance was kept up at that time but it's a different story now. I sent a work order for a defective burner on 8/9/2022 and have stopped by the office and have been given the runaround from the Mgr. The gates have also stopped working morre than a couple months ago and again the same run around. I don't know what's up but management needs to step up and solve these problems."

"The apts are pretty nice as well as the tenants but the manager is another story. She was so rude the way she spoke to me..and im not the only one shes been rude to. But i suppose she must be very unhappy or in need of a vacation..poor thing. Glad i dont live there cuz of that unhappy manager."
