"Such a solid place to live. Most of the complexes around the Pearl area were $2,000 and above for a single apt for what I was looking for. The Mosaic was more reasonably priced and still very spacious. I think the quality of the infrastructure is high compared to some of the other apartments. The windows and walls are made of industrial quality which effectively blocks noise from the busy street below. Moving here from Ohio I was a little nervous to move into an apartment I wasn't able to physically see before committing. Autumn, one of the leasing agents, was nice enough to offer to take and send videos of the units I was interested in and text them to me which significantly helped with making my decision. Will likely be renewing my lease especially if rent remains at its current rate."
