Austin Pointe Apartments

"Have lived here since 2019. Both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom that my boyfriend and i have liked in have been great. Both were very clean and well kept. These apts are a little on the older side so they are some smol areas that have been tampered with or damaged by previous residents but nothing that’s of huge significance. The property staff have always been super helpful, informative, and cooperative. The maintenance staff have also been on it the entirety of our residency. Every service order has always been completed by their friendly team. We have lots of storage and the floor plans are very functional and spacious. There water leaks on the outside of the buildings sometimes(because they are a little old i assume) but the staff is very considerate as to keeping residents informed about water shutoffs and turn ons. They always have cute events all year round to keep in touch with residents and the community. The location is A1. We love it here. There’s always parking and people have lived here for YEARS so it really gives you a sense of being in a home, surrounded by familiar and friendly neighbors. "

"We have lived here going on 4 months, beautiful staff, maintenance always on time. If you put a work order early, they come before the day is over. Our home is spacious. The fireplace was cleaned, didn't have the grate nor the pan, but we bought ours . Other than that, we love it."

"Pay for pest control every month yet there is so many roaches and can't get rid of them. AC unit is duct taped together but they say there's nothing to be done even though it makes a terrible noise and keeps us up at night."

"This is not the place for me you are forced to pay a deposit before you are allowed to look at the apartment the person that answered the phone today said that you don’t get to see the apartment until you move in and tough luck if it doesn’t meet the need of your family. So I guess you will need to locate the property Owner not Management but the person or person who actually owns the property."
