"This place is the worse. Lived without air conditioning for over two months in over 85 degree weather both inside the apartment and outside. The management doesn’t abide by the lease which is a legal binding contract. The staff damages your property and the office staff is incompetent in running an apartment complex. The staff has switched numerous times within a year and the office is not open to helping any of their residents. The apartment has been late on bills owed to the city as well. The office doesn’t fix anything until code compliance is notified."

"I don’t feel comfortable nor can I relax in my home because i’m always scared of the roaches everywhere. This is definitely a health hazard. There are Texas laws that state landlords are responsible for infestations. I barely have furniture in my unit because I don’t want roaches crawling over my stuff. Nor do I have company over because I don’t want them to see the roaches. I don’t even feel comfortable cooking. I’ve had to set off my own roach bombs & they literally did nothing. The toilet leaks so bad I have to cut off the toilet when I leave my home so I won’t come home to a flooded floor. Maintenance said I would be getting a new toilet installed this week but they never came by or called. My air unit does not work at all, mind you we are in the middle of winter. I’ve had to buy a portable heater to keep warm. You can smell mold in the bathroom. Sometimes I feel like it’s a game of tag trying to get anything taken care of here. Upon my move in, the balcony reeked of dog urine as if it was soaked into the wood & there was smeared dog poo as well. It’s like no one did a walk through when the previous owners moved out. Poor paint job on walls & cabinets. The only good thing about this apartment is the view & pool. The quality of these apartments does not match up to the cost of rent."

"What can I say.. Marisa & Apple are great.. they really helped me thru the process and believe me .. when I forget to send something . They were patient and got me approved in one day … love ya both very much girlies.. everyone needs to come out here and see the environment .. I actually had a deer stare at me like saying hi to me .. lol"
