"My interactions with the management, particularly with Lamia (the rude Indian lady), have left me less than satisfied. Lamia, who works in the office alongside her husband (I believe they are the owners), exhibited behavior that I found to be less than welcoming. Additionally, I observed some maintenance issues within the apartments, such as drafts and a roach presence, which impacted my overall living experience negatively. Considering the rental costs, I believe there may be better alternatives available for the money. I wanted to share my honest feedback."

"The first time I toured this property I was very impressed with everything about it: The management, the grounds, the units, the location. However, by the time I decided to apply, the unit had been leased. That was years ago, Over the years I'd check availability and find there were no vacancies. Apartment units are always in demand here. But I kept checking and finally was able to move here. That was one of the best days of my life. Management is excellent, maintenance is prompt, residents are quiet and respectful, the grounds are clean, lovingly and beautifully maintained. The Winston Apartments are a hidden gem, accessible to the mall, stores, airport, parks, Loops 410 and 1604. Friendly and caring staff who treat me like a human being, good neighbor and friend, not just a rent check. I'm also thankful that it is privately owned and not part of a global corporation. Just renewed my lease-easy decision."
