Broad Viewe Apartments

"2/07/2024 I rate them as nothing. So I went in today to look about leasing I hit my head on a wire box. The agent was busy so she had I guess maintenance to take us to look at the studio. Once I went back to the office the agent asked what happened and not once asked if I was ok. Wow didn’t even offer to give me first aid to clean the blood dipping off my head. She was more worried about leasing one of the apartments out. Also what I over heard the lady didn’t even have a social security document. I wouldn’t even request these apartments."

"40% rent hike after several years of the same nonsense and the roaches have only gotten worse. The body of a homeless woman who used to stay in the laundry room to keep warm found not 80 ft from my apartment, one of my neighbors slashed another in the throat with a sword over an altercation regarding his cat, last week a group of kids attempted to steal my neighbors kia, and just last night a truck being chased by several police cars rammed into the basketball court that hasn't been functional for the seven years I've been here. Disgraceful they are wanting 795$ and for what exactly? Property taxes have just been cut... The current market valuation is artificially inflated this isn't a luxury condo there is nothing in walking distance besides gas stations and a family dollar and there are drunk vagrants that sit by that sidewalk every single day. There is much better elsewhere."

"I have lived here a year & a half. I work full time & was only home during the night time but I have no complaints everyone is to themselves so no disrupting noise at night. I never really felt safe but the apartments never gave me a reason to feel that way it was just me as a single mother. Maintenance always fixed everything the next day never waited more than 24 hours for nonemergency items."

"Alicia the leasing agent is very polite and helpful! They are remodeling their complex and is looking good. Take a look at their model that's always available to show. Wood look plank floors look fantastic!"

"I love my apartment here. They just fixed the hot water in one day. You go James. The staff here is wonderful. The rent is reasonable. It is a safe neighborhood considering you are in a major metropolitan area. If you had moved from my previous rental, you would feel like you had gone to heaven loving here. No pests, they listen to your problems, Utlilites are reasonable, and the maintenance is top notch. Yes the washers are not fabulous, but its is better than most laundromats."
