"To be honest this dude don't even deserve one star I went to this guy saying that he had one available going to waste my gas in order to get the place or this fool can go on turn around saying I sold it like bro you could of gave me a heads-up or something instead you left me on read but it's all good no stress just whoever is looking for a apartment be careful and quick cuz he will sell it from under your feet and for all my stoners out there don't come here he has cameras everywhere!!!!!!!"

I sent him updates telling him that I’m in my way and in what I was doing so he knew I was coming and he didn’t even send me a text back to tell me he sold it"

"I went to rent apt fill app explained to lady I had a criminal record she said it was fine as long as it wasn't a violent crime paid fee never heard till I call and she said I was denied cause of my criminal record lost app fee and time crooks be careful"

"I am disabled and have found a great apartment with an understanding, prompt to my needs landlord Jeannette. The apartment complex is always clean and it is very quiet. My wife is happy here with the cleanliness of the complex and wash room. The landlord makes an outstanding attempt to have all of the neighbors get to know one another. I love all the programs she offers especially the time she takes to prepare gatherings for us. No landlord has ever done this at any complex I have been. I have lived at other complexes before and have never had this much service as I do here. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family."
