"put in a application march 11th said that we should be able to move in in 2 weeks because the paperwork wasn’t going to take long. came back 2 weeks later front desk leasing lady matilda said that it still wasn’t processed and the she said she would have us moved in by april 1st went back april first said she was missing pay stubs claimed she emailed me never got the email. matilda then proceeded to tell us we were approved and that all we needed was to do an inspection and we were set. not one word from them another 2 weeks pass by and was just giving us the run around claiming we never gave her the paper work she needed and was very rude and unprofessional. we then decided to talk to the manager who told us we were never approved. matilda lied to us saying we were approved. the last day we went to pick up the pay stubs matilda then proceed to be rude and argue once again and when asked why we weren’t approved anymore our question was ignored and then they claimed to say they didn’t know why and couldn’t tell us why come to find out we aren’t the only ones she did this too claiming falsely we were approved serval others reported she said the same thing and some never got there deposit back either. very bad service doesn’t know how to run a business and very, very rude people."

"Be careful, even trying to inquire about an apartment because it shows up on your rental history and they will not tell you that. On top of that when you are on the rental history, it takes them forever to even return the rental form. I argued with one of the ladies in the office, because she was being rude as hell, and she acted like she didn’t care about helping me at all."

"Visitor parking is always filled up not enough of them, so if you want family to come expect to park at a target because they will always be filled up; roaches are infested even after spraying and spraying they come, the management doesn’t do anything about it and countless reviews for years talk about this without it being resolved, it doesn’t just happen in apartment 4 but in every other building."
