Magnolia Flats Apartments

"At first when I moved into the Magnolia fence I thought it was good but it was a lie since I've been here over 2 years I don't seem fine managers come through here did not last that long I had a problem when I lived in the back apt 6c I was was supposed to get transferred to five b that end up giving my apartment to somebody else and I move next door and 7B the two years that I was here I experience roaches and complete work orders a bunch of mildew apartment got flooded for 3 weeks I can smell the mildew and mold coming from within the walls which I should have replaced the frame boards with a Denton they try to cover up my ceiling in the bathroom for the water damage but now it's starting to work you can see where the water damage is and it started leaking again over almost a year my league didn't get fixed my refrigerator I requested a new refrigerator over a year and a half and still haven't got one they're trying to evict me because I can't pay my utilities I explain why I can't pay my utilities because I have to buy $50 to $30 worth of food every week because they are too lazy to come bring me a new refrigerator whoever owned this this property whatever else property please don't go to because they're useless they don't fix nothing like it's supposed to be fixed I know because I used to renovate water damage fire damage electrical damage Apartments you have to replace the frame the insulation and the sheetrock not just covered up please do not live here or nowhere who owns these apartments they're evicting me because they come fix the problem so I can pay my utilities so I have to use the utilities every week that I supposed to pay every month to buy food because of that I can't pay my utilities because they won't fix a problem I'm looking at a roach right now why I sit on my toilet trying to crawl up my shoe in my pants damn shame do not live here or anywhere where the owner owns any of these apartments be safe and sorry don't move where it's worth it and make sure you don't get the same owners that own these Magnolia Flats all those pictures is what I had to live with for 2 yrs and 6 months"

"I wouldn't stay at wouldn't stay at the Magnolia Flats. It took them months to even come and fix my heat furnace. They have terrible maintenance and Russ the new apartment manager calls dogs "it or dogs". They're very short staffed with maintenance. Takes them a very long time to even come and fix something minor."

"So far I’ve had great experiences. I’ve been working with Russ and he’s been a great help. I’m moving from another state and he’s made the communication extremely easy by phone and email. He definitely has made this process a lot easier. I’ll update everything on the move !!!"

"Russ is our new apartment manager here at Magnolia Flats. He seems very knowledgeable about his profession and was extremely helpful and quick with resolving a few issue we had. We have seen managers come and go around here but I have very high hopes for this young man to stick around! He quickly cleared up questions we could never in the past get answers to. After being here less then a month Russ new every aspect of this place and never hesitated with his answers! It’s nice to finally have someone who seems to see the lost beauty in this place from years of neglect and actually have plans to Bring it back!! Thanks Russ! Please stick around!"

"No make ready upon move in. Work orders still not serviced. Took them 3+ weeks to unclog drain. None of the windows are sealed. Sounds like my neighbors below me are in the next room over(no insulation). Parking is pretty much non existent unless you pay for it. During my first 4 months 3 "managers" have been through and twice they removed me from the unit transfer list. This place is definition of the slums."
