"I am new to this residence but my first impression is that I really liked my new apartment everything is new and clean and the people who work at the office are really very nice and helpful especially MS DAVINA whom I thank for his help, service repair is fast and it's very quiet too, all this with a really affordable price"

"I move to Riverstone in March of 2022. My living experience has been great, I live by one of the pools which gives me a great view from my balcony. The pool gets cleaned weekly and during the summer the addition of the BBQ gas grills is even better. The new lights toward the back are great, but a bit too bright. My work orders are done in a timely manner, I always place my work order online and forget about it, the maintenance staff is great at leaving you a detailed message with the status of your work order. All the fees that come with renting an apartment are very standard; if you do not pay your rent on time, you will get a late fee. I interact primarily with the front ladies and they are phenomenal. Someone has tried to break into my mailbox and mailboxes, but that is happening everywhere in San Antonio it is Not only happening at Riverstone. There was a time when the lines busted due to the low temperatures, I had no laundry room for around a week and a half. The office offered to use the washer/dryer at a designated apartment. The water does get cut off due to leaks, but not every week or every month. We are notified via email or text about the cut-off date and time and updates throughout the day. You can call the office to be added to the pest control list or add a work order online, you do pay for it; it is a service you should use if you are having roach infestation. Overall, my experience for the past year has been great, the rent amount is affordable and if you are looking Riverstone has what you need."

"Lots of roaches and the management is quick to make unnecessary charges. Management may as well not even be here all they do when is refer you to corporate if an issue arises. Oh, and you'll be nickle and dimed on the way out. I wouldn't rent here. Also, theft is a huge problem. The police are always here at night and management is totally unable to keep the mailboxes from being broken in to. Again, they may as well not even be here for as useless as they are."

"Is it the fanciest place to live? If you’re like me, and living on a budget, you will love it here if you’ve had a chance to compare to other apartments in town for a similar price m. It’s not fancy or high end. But it is quaint, quiet and beautiful. It’s comfortable. The staff are attentive and kind. The community center is cozy. They always have baked cookies and coffee, along with a kind smile and greeting any time I’ve gone into the office. I originally wanted the one bedroom here and it got snatched up. They offered me the efficiency. Normally, I’m not a fan of those but this one is surprisingly spacious. There’s a wall separating the bedroom area from the living area. It feels like a smaller one bedroom. The kitchen is huge and updated with the latest appliances, microwave included and plenty of counter space. Make sure to get a small table if you get an efficiency. A fabulous walk in closet. I could fit my entire dresser in there and still have room to walk around. The bathroom comes with a stacked washer and dryer (also an updated one, not old) the plumbing is also very good and the tub is excellent. The water gets hot fast. When I look outside, I can see the pool and have a lovely little forest view beyond that. It’s lovely here. Come see for yourself. They’re also the first apartments that ever gave me a welcome bag of move in goodies when I moved in. Only small complaints are maybe a bit too much landscaping. But that’s just me. I love natural fall leaves on the ground… and there are pests but they’re working to control that. They spray often… and honestly you’re not going to find an apartment without pests. Keep your place clean."

"So I have lived here since 2018 and I can honestly say this has been a great experience for me as a single individual. The facilities & maintenance staff are great and friendly. And everyone in the leasing office has been professional and even beyond kind. Things to note as a renter: - They are actively making improvements as they go. If your unit has older items they make sure they work effectively & efficiently. When I moved in my fridge was brand new but my stove and dish washer were a little dated but let me tell you that stove heats up to temp in 2-3 mins and that dishwasher is about a 20-25 minute normal cycle so if I am feeling lazy I can still have clean dishes in no time. They have added on an adorable dog park since I moved and if you couldn't tell from that they are super pet friendly. - Each unit comes with a washer and dryer at no additional cost to you & mine have had no issues. - Sometimes work orders can be delayed but its not unreasonable. I had a non emergency issue happen on a Friday evening and they made it to me to check in Sunday. (Factoring in that this was a weekend this was fantastic) For more urgent concerns there's a much quicker turn around time. -Communicate with the staff because they are all wonderful folks! If you are having challenges, speak with them! They are very empathetic people and have worked with me in times where I had unexpected financial and would be late on rent. Of course there's a late fee for being late because that's how life works but I can guarantee its a lot less of a mental strain when you are transparent with them so they can work through your options! Overall I have truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!"
