"A car was stolen yesterday & today my brother in law had his tires & rims stolen. Back to back nights!! Found his car on bricks. These “gated” apartments are always open lol. No security cameras or security presence whatsoever. Your vehicles, mail & belongings are not safe here. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Mailbox Breach - Apartments 1-8 Anyone who lives in buildings 1-8, your mail has been breached! I got alerts of fraud and these criminals tried to go to USAA Bank on 10750 McDermott Freeway and Woodforest National Bank on 5555 De Zavala. My bank said it was activated today so when I went to go check my mailbox, I found my mail in the trash. There were other peoples' mail in there too so I suggest you change your mailing address to anywhere but here."

"1/13/24 Just moved in and so far I’m loving it here. The rental prices are low right now, paying $1200 for a spacious 2 bedroom, with a fireplace and washer dryer included. Lots of trees and shade, little paths to walk your dog, and pools everywhere. Office staff have been incredibly helpful and kind, making a short notice move in efficient and easy. Maintenance has been quick to solve major issues. It’s close to HEB, target, nice parks, and right by 410 so it’s easy to get anywhere. Also has google fiber so if you game it’s amazing. 100% would recommend and will update if anything changes."

"Roaches upon move in at first but have been gone since after the 1st week of move in. Only been here a month now. I used a variety of methods to prevent and kill them but if you just keep no trash and no dirty dishes, don’t put food down disposal you will be fine. Everything has been working beautifully in the apartment. I love how clean everything was when I first moved in especially the shower, no mold. Neighbors are friendly. I feel safe in this complex but I will add that you need to take your own precautionary measures to avoid vehicle break ins and home invasions.There was a home invasion just last night, a break in through the window. The only other time this happened here that was reported was in 2018. After the fact, police were in place for surveillance and security and they were again last night. People are just getting bold, crazy and desperate especially when everything is so expensive these days. It’s happening everywhere you go. I just hate that they take it out on fellow people just trying to survive. Please be safe."
