"I enjoy working with the new management team because they get things done when you ask them. They also have a pool where my kids go swimming all the time. The best part is the rent is very reliable and it's across from the elementary school. I have been here almost 6 months and I fine this place to be safer than other places around here."

"No BS.... I lived here for 4 years loved it, got married and moved. Husband passed and could not wait to move back. Things are a little different. Pros..big apt, large patio, great manager and maintenance staff. They take care of problems in your apt asap. Very quiet, no loud people, no parties. Kids are playing but its not loud. Because of the airport all windows and doors are updated sound reduction ones. Most people have lived here for years. Very pet friendly. Cons.. the place is old, patio fences need repairs but they are working on them. Laundry rooms small, broken washers. You have to use a laundry card that you get from the office. The office has weird hours and is not open Sunday Overall happy camper and it's good to feel like I am back home. Update Jun 2021...when it rains my patio floods and if it rains hard for a long time then water in the apt. They put sand bags at my door and patio door to prevent the water from coming in..Have had no hot water in the Kitchen for over 2 months. Maybe warm if used before 5 pm. Update September 2021 They finally fixed my fence. But to late told them I was moving after the last time I got flooded. Of course hard to find someplace cuz no one is moving. Once eviction started was much easier to find what I needed. Thought this was important issue. When I lived here before I lived in the front section. This time the back section. The front seems to be much better kept."

"I’ve been a resident for almost 4 yrs and it’s been a pleasant experience living here. As a person who has rented Apts for the last 15 yrs, this place has given me the least problems. A lot of the residents have been here awhile and for the most part, very quiet and not causing any disturbances. The manager is friendly and quick to solve any maintenance issues. If you are looking for a good amount of space at a reasonable price and would enjoy a quieter complex, Broadway Place might be the place for you."

"I would not recommend anyone move here although the rent is good the manager shares other tenants personal information with other tenants that live out there. As well when you move out they charge you for items that you put on your move in check list. And yes they do need to get rid of that current manager."

"Good sized apartments for the amount of rent. Maintenance is really attentive. Front office could be better. They are open during normal work hours so I did have issues turning in rent at a convenient time. Also they don't have any sort of drop box to put check in. I disliked receiving 4 letters on my door a month if I was off by under $2 on one of my bills (electric or water). They don't except cash so it wasn't like I was going to give them the extra $2 until rent was due again. My biggest complaint is some of the tenants were extremely ghetto. I witnessed several domestic disputes. Other than that as long as you keep to yourself everything is pretty peaceful."
