"This place is a joke there’s so many “renovations” to the complex and new management but they still can’t seem to fix the ac in my apartment ?? 250$ a month and my ac unit stays at 80 degrees day and night during the day upwards of 90+ and it doesn’t even push out to my bedroom vent any air at all. My ac unit is all duct taped and painted and rigged up to not even work. They refuse to actually fix it which it needs to be replaced. That’s just one thing there’s so many other problems at this complex and they seem not to care , they were doing renovations and left nails everywhere I got a flat In my tire and had to pay 200 dollars to get it fixed no compensation whatsoever! The broken items that were here when I moved in they just refuse to fix I put request on the portal and they just mark them as completed and don’t actually come fix anything it’s sad. my damn ac unit leaks all over my water heater and messes with the electrical and makes the hot water not work but they don’t care. They come and do some temporary fix and it stops working a day later. These must not be stable living conditions :/ but what can I do just struggle and deal with this nonsense till my lease is up. Whatever you do DONT MOVE HERE it’s a horrible complex and I’ll make sure to come and comment when they change their complex name. Many other things wrong in my apartment like the ceiling fan not working and it’s already hot af and then my ceiling is caving in from water leaks it’s cracked waiting till it collapses on top of my head but those are little problems compared to the big problem of me losing money with the electrical problems and me nearly dying from heat exhaustion daily . My coworker lives in a unit in another building in the complex and her unit ac works great and her bill is 120 a month super cold in her apartment and she always has hot water. It’s just not fair. Waking up having to be sweating hot in the night and don’t get me started during the day when the sun is out. Can’t even enjoy a day off from work at home because I’m dying. They need to do something about this nonsense."

"I wouldn't recommend moving in here. I was in a hurry to move and at first it seemed so nice, I ignored all the bad reviews. Don't make my mistake. They told me move in is after 4pm so I showed up at 5. We finished paperwork and everything by 5:30 and the lady informed me they were still cleaning my unit. When I was finally able to move in, it was not cleaned whatsoever, on top of that, one of the closet doors was broke which you would thunk they would notice if they were "cleaning". The apartments are infested with roaches and other types of bugs. Despite how much you clean, they are everywhere. The apartment has been falling apart since I moved in. The AC has broke twice, the closet doors broke again, the handles to the laundry room fell off, the list can go on and on. Overall, I would save the money and move somewhere else."

"This place is a rip off. The way the office dealt with us was criminal. And I literally mean criminal. They went and filed eviction without notifying us after the rent was paid then they got in front of the judge and lied under oath. The manager and assistant are both criminals. Beware if you rent from them."

"This place is infested with roaches and other bugs. You cannot go one day without seeing a bug in your apartment. HUGE roaches, i’ve seen 6 or 7 in one day, it’s disgusting. They need to worry more about making sure their tenants are living in a clean and bug free apartment before they start working on the outside and painting just to bring more people into a roach infested space. They also have been doing renovations for months now and do not notify you when they are going to have people doing loud renovations all day, they just happen whenever they feel like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND, only if this is your last possible resort."
