"I have recently moved in here and loving it ! The front office staff is very helpful and understanding when needing help. I haven’t had any problems and maintenance is always available and do great work. I love the community around as well , everyone is friendly and kind . I highly recommend!!"

"This place sucks! The apartment I looked at is no where near what I was offered. I took the apartment out of necessity and was told they would fix the issues. They told me they did not offer a technology package such as WiFi and cable but then I got charged for it. Now they offer it and expect me to pay for it when I already purchased my own services. The staff never answers the phone and are not helpful. My friends car was stolen by punk kids and totaled. The staff stated that they have some sort of security for the complex but that was a lie as well. I am getting out as soon as I can. Do not come here!!!"

"We haven’t moved here yet but the staff is super helpful and polite. Alexis the manager guided my husband and I through the application process and so far everything has been smooth. They have done an amazing job accommodating to us being that we are moving from another state. I am super impressed so far with the price, unit, and community and will be updating my review after we move in officially. We are so excited ! Update to my review: We moved in and there were roaches all over our unit, and it smelled heavy of smoke, even though we were told this was a smoke free community! Alexis the property manager was extremely rude to us and didn’t have our stuff including keys ready for move in even though we had paid rent for the end of the month and beginning of the month as well. She also did not apply our rent to the correct amount so we ended up being charged extra by their third part rent portal (we never got this portion of our money back!!) The pool was green, bird poop all over the property, stray cats roaming all around the property & very unsafe neighborhood with car break ins happening all around. We ended up having to leave and received our partial refund because of the unsafe living conditions. I wouldn’t recommend living here but I do have to say that upper property management is very understanding and seem like they care more than Alexis and other onsite employees. I would definitely check out some of their other properties but this property really needs some work before they continue to accept new leases! I am so thankful that we were able to find a new place to live, otherwise it would have been a nightmare of a year!"

"Just moved into our new apartment a month ago and I love it here. The apartments are beautiful. I love how there are many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone sticks to themselves. They have a cute pool and nice clubhouse as well. The manager Gabby was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process of getting me and my husband into our new apartment. Savanna the leasing agent was very friendly and is always handling any questions or concerns I have. Overall the staff is great and helpful when you need them. I would definitely refer family or friends to this apartment!"
