I toured recently to see the amenities and was impressed with the floor plans and amenities. Our tour guide Lana was awesome and answered all my questions regarding pricing and future availability. I recommend Agave to anyone looking!"

"I stopped in for a tour recently while searching for options for an upcoming move later this year. The location is so awesome! I can’t believe how many great things are within walking distance. My tour was with Lana and she was very informative about the property and amenities, and even gave me some heads up of great things to check out in the neighborhood. It was really sweet of her. The inside of the apartments is so nice and decorated really well. I can’t wait to come back with my dog and apply!"

"My husband and I have been residents of Agave for the past 4 years. We have lived in a couple of different units- Nicole, the property manager, and the staff have all been very helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. As the apartment ages, there are a few issues, like the elevator maintenance, but that is not the staff's fault. Overall, there is not a better location to live in the downtown area, based on price and amenities and proximity to the river and great restaurants. We love it here!"

"I am absolutely obsessed with our new apartment! On the apartment tour Tony P. did such an amazing job showing us around! Made it super low pressure but totally made us fall in love with the high ceiling and the kitchen layouts. We are also off the RIVER! Getting our steps in daily. :) From moving in, to enjoying every day in this beautiful space, Tony has been so helpful, and connected to assure we love the apartment and have everything we need. He even helped me secure a storage space for my small business supplies located right across from our apartment, it’s amazing! It has truly been so easy to join the community and all the neighbors are so nice and welcoming! Also, our church ACC Downtown is literally a three minute walk! Obsessed!"

"The property manager Nicole is absolutely fabulous. She is so kind and helpful when I've needed anything and she is constantly keeping her team (and residents) laughing. The community itself is great. I love using the clubhouse and amenities. Everything is put together so thoughtfully and the staff is wonderful."
