"I was locked out afew fridays ago. 7pm i called the emergency line 3 times and left voicemails, waited more than an hr to get assistance and no one ever came. I had to open a window to crawl inside. The main door could not open from the inside or outside. I had to sleep by the window since all that protected me was a window blind. Next day i had to pay someone to get the door opened and replaced the handle . The lock had broken inside the receiver no way in or out, 150$ later my door was fixed and no refund was given. Then i call the office on how to pay the utilities and the manager told be to pay online which i log in and clearly states our community can not pay online but pay in the office. Now to leave early from work to pay. Almost a month later i come to find out the laundry room has a key to which non was provided to be from the beginning here i am back and forth w baskets of dirty laundry like if they weigh so little. How hard is it to communicate properly and have service for the people who live here like if i wanted to get a hotel for the weekend cause i couldn’t come into my own apt which i pay rent on. Feels like i did something bad to get treated this way."
