Salem Creek Apartments

"I have family that live in these apartments and two weeks ago a pipe froze and the ceiling fell in one of the rooms. Since then they haven’t fixed it and when asked to move apartments management wanted to charge them $300 even though they haven’t done anything to fix the ceiling."

"I love it here! I'm going to start off by saying the apartment is very spacious as well as our balcony! It's very quiet at night also! (A Plus) Betty is so Friendly and always doing what she can to help! Maintaince is great. When I do need them I call Betty and she gets right on top of it! There's schools close by and many other stores. What else can I ask for????? Definitely 5 stars."

"This place would have gotten 5 stars, but they were so bad at the end! The manager told me numerous times that I would get the full $400 back for my security deposit minus the last water bill. She said that is the only thing I would be charged for. I even asked her about the carpet and she said "don't worry about that you will NOT be charged, I plan on replacing the carpet anyways." There wasn't anything wrong with it and we made sure we cleaned it and took pictures after we did it. They charged me $85 for a "pet treatment" because the carpet "smelled". This was after telling me all that and then CHARGED ME $60 to replace the carpet! Not only that, she told me I would get the full thing back 2 weeks after I moved out! Then I emailed and called numerous times always saying they would "get back to me that day" and NEVER did! Then they disconnected their phone so all I could do was call at midnight to their corporate staff and never got a response back UNLESS I called corporate main building first. Not only did it not come in when she told me and I had to hassle with vague answers to when it was coming. She then told me close to 30 day mark that she wasn't going to send it until 30 days and that they had 30 days to send it to me. They still sent it to me after 30 day mark. She told me it would be there on Thursday again saying a lie and it didn't come in until the following Tuesday. So not only did they go past 30 days they lied AGAIN! I used to call this place "home". Just know that you will NOT get your deposit back no matter how much they assure you with them being fake and lying about it. Don't say I didn't warn you!"

"Moved in just a week or so ago. Betty is really nice and very friendly. So far we really like it here. Very nice and quiet community. The only thing I have an issue with is buggies... Apartments have pest control on Fridays, I think $4 a month? So we got the exterminator to come by a Friday or so ago, so I'm seeing improvements!"

"I stayed here 2 years. People hit my car alot cause they were not careful with they're doors. It was a quiet community, the pool was never open which sucked. I saw maybe 3 roaches in my 2 years so that's a definite upside but I'm sure that's not for all units. I got like 145 back from my deposit which I didn't expect cause complexes usually try and keep it so that was very cool. I'd stay at these apartments again to be honest. My dads car actually got robbed when he visited for like 2 hours so get a good alarm I guess."
