"Management is very polite and helpful. The manager, Jon, is always working hard around the complex maintaining it. I have noticed some reviews complaining about management, but I find that to be false."

"These apartments gave me breathing problems because it has a serious mold problem. They are also INFESTED with roaches. I’m only giving it two stars because of the affordable price but you get what you pay for. Not to mention John , the old man who works at the office is extremely rude and unpleasant. Take my advice and steer clear of these apartments. You CAN find better. I’m at a new place and my breathing is back to normal and they are pretty affordable as well and WAY cleaner."

"My apartment is infested with ants and cockroaches, it is also full of mold. Car parts were stolen, no cameras so nothing could be done. Not to mention the people in the front office don't seem to care about any issues your apartment may have. The maintenance people are friendly and quick when a work order is put in and affordable price is nice..."

"Lived here between 2008-11 and 2013-16. We started in one of the larger 1/1 units and moved up to a 2/1 as our family grew. In 2016 we moved out as we had a 3rd on the way and needed more room. Overall it was a positive experience. No worries about break-ins or theft. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The property manager lives on-site and is very attentive to the needs of the tenants often handling the work himself."
