Villa Nueva Apartments

"I moved out of here last year, But I did wanna leave a review in case anyone was considering to move here. Please do not move here. The entire complex is infested with roaches. To the point where fumigating will not help. There are literal roaches inside the outlets and the walls. And when I vocalize to the apartment management, they basically told me there isn’t much they can do. But they didn’t forget to raise my rent, even though my apartment wasn’t one of the apartments that got upgraded, And even after I expressed how uncomfortable it was to live in my own home. I literally could not use my kitchen And when I would go to sleep Bugs would crawl on my face. I tried my best to keep my apartment as clean as possible and I bought every different product for roaches and honestly this place just needs to be burned down and rebuilt in my opinion. Regardless, though, please don’t move here"

"I've had a very bad experience living here. They took my vehicle during the night because I put one wrong letter on my license plate and had to pay 235 dollars to take out my vehicle from the wreckers service. And we still have problems with those damm rouches. And they never try to fix the problem with those roach. And we have problems with our upstairs neighbors because they like to smoke Marijuana. And we can smell it through our vents. And they do not want to move us to another apartment. Because of this issue. I hope that ownership fix this problems for us. Thank you so very much."

"Oh let me count the way of how horrible these apartments are. Ever since it's been under new management it has been more ghetto than before. Burnt down building has been fenced up for almost a year. Theres another building fenced up that's never been finished. Laundry room hours always changing. Parking permit rules are always changing. Roach infested!!! Ladies in the office are always so rude. Sewer leaks all the time & it takes maintenance forever to come fix it & when they do they leave all the nasty stuff there. If it's not one thing it's another. Wish I could give zero stars. "New management", do better!"

"The manager was pleasant. The water pressure was good. The place itself claims to be wheelchair friendly but is anything but. You cannot even get into an apartment from the sidewalk if you're in a wheelchair. The hallways are narrow. The toilets sit very low. The doorways are narrow as well. The manager says they'd offer disability accommodations but the accommodations would need to be asked from the owners, the porches torn up to pour new concrete or a removable ramp built. That doesn't even come close to really making the place accessible. You'd be able to maybe get inside one apartment but have little to no access to any other parts of the complex. And forget being able to use the facilities."
