"I wish Remy from Ratatouille would take over this place, because I'm convinced a literal rat would perform more maintenance than the current ownership. Seriously, they do whatever they can to avoid even basic upkeep, and there's a reason it has the lowest reviews of any apartments near UTA. During my time here, I've had the joy of experiencing; -A broken toilet for multiple months, caused by broken plumbing -No hot water for multiple months -A/C that goes out like clockwork anytime it gets hot out -No deadbolt The property has enough code violations to give any City of Arlington employee a stroke. The complex has had five property managers and two property management companies in the past four months. I had some hope for the new company, but they're about as unresponsive as the last group. The ownership strikes me as a bunch of yahoos who bought the property with too much debt and too little common sense. The real victim here is their lender. I would recommend staying away from this property until it either goes back to the bank or gets new ownership. A solid portion of the units are vacant already, so it shouldn't be too long."

"Do not move here! I was shown my unit to move in. They sent me a welcome letter with my move-in date. I paid movers. I arrived with movers and was told my unit was not ready and wasn't given a timeframe when my unit would be ready. After calling, leaving messages for over a week after my original move-in date, I was told my original unit was leased to someone else and I had to move into another unit or I'm SOL. The unit I was giving was nothing like the original unit I was supposed to move into. The sink does not work. The knob that controls the hot & cold water in the shower shot off hitting me in my groin causing excruciating pain when I attempted to take my first shower. No hot water came out of the shower head, only extremely cold water. I've put in a work order over 4 weeks ago. I haven't heard from maintenance or management. I've called the property management team. I've sent emails with video on my poor experience. Joel from Touchstone property management has not followed up with me nor responded to my communication efforts. DO NOT under any circumstances move here!"

"Marlena is the best person ever! She makes sure if you have any concerns or anything that needs to be done, she makes sure it is taken care of as soon as possible. It's quiet and a good area. I really RECOMMEND THE DEAN! BEAUTIFUL PERSON AND PERSONALITY"

"These apartments are going through a full renovation and they are awesome! The management company is super nice and very attentive and caring. Any maintenance request is responded to very quickly, which is a big plus! Pest control is included and you can have them come every week (just put in a request with the office and they set it all up for you!) New paint on the exterior, new window screens, yay open windows in the spring and no bugs coming in! They also redid the entire pool area, there's a new fire pit and turf grass all around. I love what they have done with the interior of the unit, so pretty and classy! You should definitely check this place out if you're looking for gorgeous and affordable living literally across from UTA."
