"Management came and took my kids trampoline. Didn't knock on my door, didn't say it wasn't allowed, they just came and took it. This isn't the first time they take stuff either. They towed my neighbors car for having a flat tire, leaving my neighbors with no car. They have to walk to pick up their kids from school. Management does NOT care. I went in to ask about a package being delivered with no lot number, the manager yelled at me. They drive around on their cart and can't as much as wave hi or smile at you and I've been here for almost 3 years. I don't recommend. Update: I moved in 3 years ago and have always seen people with window units. My ac broke so I had to get a window unit. I received a letter saying window units is against the lease (which we don't have btw, we pay month to month) and I have to remove it. I noticed I was the only one to get this letter, and a month later everyone else still has their window units except me."
"Update: now window ac units are banned. Definitely don’t move here if you don’t like the heat! These trailers are built to insulate from the cold not the heat. Stay away! These people will lie to your face. Made sure of parking situation when i moved in and was told all was fine. Since then been fighting about getting my cars towed out off my curb and out of my driveway. They snagged my car out of my driveway today while im quarantined with coronavirus, after the manager (Kat) promised me all was well for 2 weeks on the 15th. (its the 20th as i write this). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Everybody here has a horror story from dealing with these people. Update after leaving a broken speed bump in a pile for months they’ve decided my kids can’t have a little trampoline outside. They stole it, and threatened to charge us for “picking it up” Just another huge corporation that doesn’t care about anything other than their money."
"I've been living here for about 10 years now, most with my parents but me and my boyfriend rented a house last year together and we are now buying that house. I've seen lots of managers but Eli and Joseph have been the most helpful, Joseph most recently. He's always answered our texts/emails quickly and responded appropriately. He made an offer for us to buy the house a few months before our rent was up which we declined. But he worked out another deal which ended up working better for us and has been so helpful in the whole house buying process, which was new to both me and my boyfriend. There are some flaws in the community, every community has some, but the entire management team there now is very professional and friendly, Joseph makes a point to ask us about our lives outside of renting/buying, and are working hard to improve the community. I do recommend living here!"
"Lived here since 2019. I think I've seen 10-12 mangers come and go. Each manager seems to have their own way to want to do things. They'll quickly fine you if you aren't careful, and the maintenance team is slow to respond while also having almost no idea what the heck they're doing. They also raise rent here yearly, and it's normally quite a lot. 2019 my rent was $850. As of February my rent is at almost $1,300. It's an okay place to stay while getting your life together, but it's for sure not a long term solution."
