"Terrible experience. When I first visited the community it seemed that it was well kept. But was I fooled. I moved into an apartment with plumbing issues. The toilet doesn’t flush until you flush the handle 2-3 times. I have low water pressure in the kitchen so I can barely wash my dishes. I can’t take any showers because the shower steam that turns on the water temperature gage is malfunctioning so the hot water is limited. I can only take a 2 min shower before the water turn pure cold. I was promised by maintenance that they would fix it.. going on a week, nothing!the office hasn’t checked in on my wellbeing.. and still the issue isn’t fixed. Is still can’t take a shower. Stay away, the community is not what it appears to be. The office staff is terrible they don’t care about you.. all they care about is your rent!!!!i They don’t care how bad of shape your apartment is. Nothing is going to get replaced or fixed."

"I have lived at Limestone Ranch for close to 3 years. I like that Limestone Ranch is a small community. I feel that a smaller community when things go wrong or you need something done does not take long at all for someone to get back with you to fix the issue you may have. Ebony, Shatovia and staff have always been very very helpful in anything I have had an issue with or questions I may have. They treat you like family. I would recommend Limestone Range to anyone looking to move here."

"The staff at Limestone Ranch are phenomenal!!! I have lived at several apartment complexes throughout my life and I have never had a staff more friendly or eager to help! I had only planned on living at these apartments for a year but renewed the lease with a smile on my face. Evony, Shatovia, Stephanie and the maintenance crew are always quick to resolve any issues I have. The best example is from when I first moved in. I work late into the night and was unable to let my dogs use the dog park because it was too dark. I asked the office staff if they could put a light in the park, expecting it would take a month or two, and it was done the next day. I have recommended these apartments to many of my coworkers and friends as they’re an amazing place to live!"

"This apartment was great up until yesterday when this light almost came crashing down on my head, if I had not stepped out of the way. Even though they came to fix it immediately this still poses a fire threat, and or personal injury. I would have thought this place installed things better here as I have never ever had an issue like this before….. be weary before moving in here it looks great at first sight until things slowly start breaking. We also never had an internet Jack installed when we first moved in so we had to have AT&T come out and install a Jack. You would think things would have been installed correctly the first time but it’s a facade."
