"Insufficient elevator for size 3m wait then took stairs. Microwave sitting uneven in room. AC blowing on curtains. No one at Front Desk no bell for 5m at 9am. Old fashioned paper chits for meal color coded on weekend - what!? Room ok. Otherwise ok. Nice pool. Nearby reservoir for walk/run. OK. 3 stars. Still waiting at front desk as I write."

"I have no idea how this hotel has a 4 star rating. This is so below the Hilton standard it's a little ridiculous. Check out the other recent reviews and consider staying elsewhere. - Rooms and hallways all smell like musty, funky Cheetos. - One of the only two elevators were broken, and the other recent reviews indicate that it's been broken for a while. - Room surfaces were sticky and generally not clean. - Hallway light fixtures had exposed wiring and lightbulbs (not just one, many of them) - safety issue. - Almost all the gym equipment was broken and the exercise mats were unsanitary. - Bathroom fixtures were loose and leaky. - The rooms were very dated. - Loud and unruly guests (teens and young adults) were an issue past 10:30 PM. - Front desk staff was rude and generally ambivalent; not the kind of people you expect to find in the hospitality business. - I cannot over emphasize the smell in the rooms and the hallways; it was offensive and made staying here feel gross. This experience will make me absolutely think twice about staying at a Hilton branded hotel in the future. Also, the recent reviews that are 5 stars look like they're fake. I'll be reaching out to Hinton directly too since the more recent reviews make it clear the management here doesn't take feedback seriously."

"Have spent many a hour in meetings at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lewisville Texas. Great meeting room facilities and service is quite good. Have not stayed at this location but have been told rooms are clean and well maintained. Room rates are affordable and good value for DFW"

"Upon arrival at the front desk, the person there was looking down at the computer or phone watching videos of something. Asked a couple of times to check in and was completely ignored. Had to slam phone on counter loud enough to get attention from clerk. Then after rudely checking me in was placed in a room right next to elevators, they were loudly heard through the walls all night and kept waking me up. I'd highly recommend going to a different hotel, this one is not a good place to get service or rest."
