"Some have mentioned bathroom could be better, some mentioned maintenance. Seriously, I could have had a 4.0 in school, been an astronaut or been president. It is a great stay, especially for the price. Great staff, friendly and helpful, best sleep I've had in many years. Mattress and pillows so very comfortable. No unwelcome pests, no odors or perfume smells trying to mask odors. THIS is the place to stay."

"Gave us the wrong room and now we can't switch to the correct one because I had to use the restroom. Left it spotless. Very rude staff. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Sheets were torn and had holes"

"Beware of the restaurant/bar adjacent to the hotel. The waitress was very rude and stated she didn't want to serve me! You can't act like that in the service industry. She should not be a waitress!!!"

"Horrible experience. The room itself was clean and fine. The issue is the staff. The women who work there are tremendously rude and condescending. They do not understand the concept it’s not what you say but how you say it. I extended my stay one night originally, and the women was extremely rude about it when I said I’d be off work at and back at hotel by noon the latest to pay for the extension. (Keep in mind I stay in red roofs a lot, usually to have till 3 to come in and pay if after 3 pm there is a fee). When I called the women gave me a hard time about being there before 11, I told her I would do my best. I ended up getting there at 1030 and the whole process of dealing with her she was just rude and condescending. Then the next day I was going to extend till Saturday, and the other women I dealt with again was rude and condescending. It had never been mentioned the room had to be cleaned every other day by staff (I had already been there 5 night, 6 days and this was never mentioned). I said fine I’ll let you know when we go out, she demanded she know then for cleaning. Insinuated that I was leaving my dog unattended which I did not, then about having too much stuff in the room. Keep in mind I just moved here from MD and am looking for a permanent residence. I don’t have alot but some bags of clothes. But this women just keep insisting or assuming I was doing wrong. I did not extend my stay till Saturday, loosing them $266 bc their staff is just rude. I don’t want to give my money to rude people so the red roof in Fort Worth will be getting my money for the other days. Then when I checked out the woman rushed to get her husband to print my receipt so she could run to our room and make sure nothing was messed up. Which it was not !!!!! But I could see her mannerisms on the camera and she was just rude and assuming that we did wrong. If you want good customer service stay else where."

"Edit: To customer service, do not give me some generic corporate response below my review!!! You do not care. And you won't fix it. Don't try to save face to people reading reviews. I see through that B.S and I hope others do too. This was a horrible experience. We had a family emergency over here and had to stay the night. My husband took pictures of this disgusting brown and black spot on the bathroom ceiling. It was about the size of a large dinner plate and what appears to be mold was spreading from it. He went to the front desk to change rooms and showed the lady the picture and she had the gall to say that picture wasn't from their hotel. The AC also wasn't working well. They ended up changing rooms but not without unnecessary attitude and her being reluctant. Absolutely ridiculous."
